Since Guardian Collection is in development ST3 servers will be down indefinitely, and multiplayer will no longer be playable officially. If you still want to play, lumautils is a mod that returns online. Just don't be surprised if you don't find anyone else currently playing.

so for however long the wait will be for slendytubbies guardian collection there will be NO official way of playing any slendytubbies game? i mean, at least we have slendytubbies: the devil among us and the corpse that is slendytubbies 2D...

No official way, no. ST3 is still playable through Lumautils.

TheGreenGuardianIm trying to play Multiplayer, i click play, then main server but it just puts me back to the server select screen.

Is anyone else having this issue? Yes my s3 I play that's happened
