How much pee is ok to drink in a day - peeman1234 - 03-28-2026

So, all my friends tell me that pee is likely going to give me an infection, but I have a question, how much is able to be consumed in a day? Today I only drank about 0.5 gallons of pee, but I am still thirsty and I'm wondering if I can drink more while still being ok.

Pee is perfectly safe to drink, so you will be perfectly fine.
