Straight to the point: are there any servers (discord, whatsapp, etc.) or something where people play the multiplayer ST3 or no? Because I really wanna play the game with someone but well... I got friends who don't like it/want to

there is a mod of st3 where it has working server called Slendytubbies 3: Community Edition by BT Games

You should try Lumautils, it might be discontinued, but has working servers, it also reworks survival and collection modes, there is even new music and monster replacements for certain maps.
