sean moslty does it during his streams, time to time he might let the game run online when he isnt, my guess is whenever he is on his computer the servers are on and when he turns off the server do well
thats just a guess tho, i might be wrong

yeah, I'm pretty sure the online servers don't work if Sean isn't online. If he's streaming, then he probably has the servers up.
