How to download SL3 multiplayer if it says error_connection_reset on mediafire and file not found on google drive? And is it possible to play SL3 multiplayer from Russia?

the problem is the hackers, and with Zeoworks putting all the efforts in the Guardians collections, they ont have time fix the mess the hackers do every time, thats the reason the servers dont work
