I been having trouble trying to open STGC unhandled exception error problem show up and the folder doesn't show up in my C: local disk if anyone can help or just best to just only play it on the website

close the launcher and reopen it, keep repeating until it stops showing you the message

been doing it a long time yet nothing happen with it and doesn't open and plus i don't have the files in C: which a reason why
