S:GC not finding a file when downloading?

whenever i try to download the game it gives me an error about it not finding a file?
how can i fix this?

I'm the same way, and besides, he doesn't know how to download at all. My progress bar has been stuck for a long time.

Has anyone gotten it to work at all? Has anyone's game even started?

I'm guessing by the game disappearing from the bar is that the game has been disabled for maintenance.
