just got the game and chose online mode and it just showed the loading screen then took me back to the menu are the servers currently down?

servers have been down for a while, due to hackers and server costs
but guardian collection will have fully functioning servers once it releases
and when sean streams on the zeoworks youtube channel sometimes he turns the servers on
