Can't receive emails

So, I tried to change the email on this account and it keeps telling me to go to my email and verify, but I am not getting emails. Then I attempt to make a new account, but every time I attempt to request a forum I don't receive any emails. Am I doing something wrong? I double checked everything and I still don't get any emails. I've waited around 24 hours to receive the email and it still hasn't been sent :[

check your spam emails, i had the same problem when trying to activate my account

I did check spam I couldn't find anything, but I'll try again
