Not getting Emails, why?

Been trying to figure out why I'm not getting any emails from Zeoworks at all. No password changes, no email changes, no updates, nothing! Is this because of Hostgator or is this something wrong with the Zeoworks site itself?

If it isn't spam folder or. Junk folder then I already know
