Your account could have possibly been removed from being offline for a long time or it’s just a really annoying glitch

S3 servers are offline and you dont even need to bother logging ing since you cant play multiplayer. Plus the website has migrated to a new provider so many stuff may be broken with logging ing and such

Server shutdown, or there are no servers left. Also happened too me that's why you can't play multiplayer
