Problems /w Slendytubbies II (?), III, and Guardian Collection skins.

I made a skin of my slendytubby fursona, but for some reason, on III and Guardian Collection's new model, the body is artificially brightened, despite being the same texture as the head, and for II and Guardian Collection's classic model, the whole thing is overlayed with the newborns' normal map. I'm using Imgur to render my skins. What is going on?
