Troubles with logging

Good day people. I am new here, but i knew about Sean's work (Slenddytubbies) since 2013. But, here is my problem: i want to make my own horror game using his engine but when i downloaded it, and already register, and just wanted to enter, i got this: (attached pic) what should i do? (edit just uploaded an image 'case it was to large)
