as fellow above me said, servers for S3 are down, they wont be coming back online again

Where can I find the latest version of SGC at? I'm using a GitHub version is says like 1.1.20 or something but I just want to make sure I'm using the latest one. Also, the page for the download on this website does not work I keep getting the "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" when I press "download windows version."

ive seen people pass around this, which is suppose to be latest version of SGC, but the servers are currently offline sooo
