Why can't I connect to rooms in ST3 Multiplayer 2.62?

Hi everyone! I just downloaded ST3M version 2.62, logged in, tried to create a room, and got an error saying it can't connect to the relay. Has anyone encountered this, and what should I do? Please tell me! I really need help with this! Help!
