was looking at the ZeoWorks youtube channel when i realized the Newborns in the banner had ARMS!!!! this, is, HORRENDOUS!!!!! all jokes aside i just wanna know why they have arms when newborns are armless (except phantom and the bosses but they stink eitherway)

 The reason they have arms is because i think in st2 whenever they do their hitting animation you can see a pair of arms that are frozen still, the banner could be a refrence to that, but i dont really know so we might have to wait until one of the big boys answer. edit: btw how did you get that 1# custard facility lover thingy? its cool
