Honestly I think Sean needs to add a feature where you don't log out on accident by giving you options like "are you sure you want to log out"
And if you click yes then it'll log you out but if you click no you're fine cuz one time I did log out on accident when I clicked change user because I thought I can just change my own username without any problems but no it logged me out  thankfully I remembered my password so I got back in

i reset my password and its still doing that

I already tried deleting the Slendytubbies 3 files from the documents, some files from the Appdata/LocalLow, but the configs remained.
