slendytubbies 3 crashing

Everythime i play slendytubbies 3 on my computer and when i create a server, random player will gonna join my server my game instantly freezes and i can't do anything. Are the hackers crashing or freezing other people devices?.

Yeah, it's really annoying. I think they're trying to even break peoples' computers but it just crashes the game for me. However, last time I played, I noticed that it was happening less frequently, maybe it's the hackers' time zones or something or they actually partially solved the hacker problem. Either way, hackers are still annoying  Play on a private server and give your friends the room name if you wanna gurantee no hackers will join (unless your friends are hackers XD)

its just people hacking im pretty sure they join rooms and lag the game out and crash it
i really wished they would just fuck off and do something else instead

I've personally never encountered a wild hacker in a public server. But due to what is being shown and by how people are describing them, it seems like this is a really big issue and needs fixing as soon as possible. Luckily, I think Sean has a few solutions up his sleeve. If you check the discord server, he says that: "Given the large player count in Slendytubbies 3 and our surprise around that; I'm going to take the time to focus on adding security to the original game.  Thanks to FishNet, we can introduce true host-based authentication and authority over RPCs. What this means is that we can have the host of a room check and validate any networking sent to the room, meaning we can add security to detect if a hacker is 'spawning 1000 rockets at once to crash a room', or 'flying/speed hacking'." TL;DR: Due to high player count in Slendytubbies 3, Sean can focus on adding new security features without rewriting any of the legacy code using FishNet's host-based authentication. Hope this helps and gives you hope for no more hackers. :3
