like i click multiplayer mode and theres only "MAIN SERVER" and when i click it it just teleports me back to home after 5-10 secs

Slendytubbies 3 multiplayer officially is not supported since spring of this year

the servers are already offline forever, if you want to play s3 again than i recommend you to use mods.
